First Camp : from 10th June, 2008 to 16th June, 2008

Second Camp : from 19th June, 2008 to 25th June, 2008

VENUE : YOG GRAM (15 Km. AHEAD FROM PATANJALI YOGPEETH), AURANGABAD, HARIDWAR

Patanjali Yogpeeth (Trust) plans to organise Two Special Residential Yog Science Camps w.e.f. 10.06.08 to 16.06.08 & 19.06.08 to 25.06.08 respectively at Yog Gram, Aurangabad, Haridwar. A.C.Suites, A.C. Rooms and Non A.C. Rooms Facilities will remain available for participants during Camps. Campers / Patients will be treated by (1) Yog, (2) Ayurved, (3) Panchkarm, (4) Satkarm & (5) Natural Life Style. Necessary clinical investigations on campers pertaining to Pathology, Radiology & Cardiology will be conducted prior & post of Yog Camps, in order to measure the effect of Pranayam on various patients suffering from different diseases. Food, Fruits & Juices etc. will be served to campers as per their diseases. Each camp will be for 550 patients of different diseases mentioned below.

Donation In Aid Of A Camp :

a. Very Special Category with A. C. Suite Facility Rs. 21000/- Registration Completed
b. Special Category with A. C. Room Facility Rs. 15000/- Registration Completed
c. General Category with Non A.C. Room Facility Rs. 7000/- Registration Completed

N.B. : Donation in aid of a Special Residential Yog Science Camp is entirely non-refundable in any circumstance.

FACILITIES AVAILABLE IN A SPECIAL RESIDENTIAL YOG SCIENCE CAMP

w Residential Facilities :

1.     Double Bed A.C. Suite with English Style Toilet for V.V.I.P. Category.

2.     Double Bed A. C. Room with English Style Toilet for V.I.P. Category.

3.     Triple Bed Non A.C. Dormitory with English Style Toilet for General Category.

N.B. : Ashram style accommodation will be made for participants. Two persons will reside in a A.C. Suite (V.V.I.P. Category), two persons in a A.C. Room (V.I.P. Category) and three persons in a Non A.C. Room (General Category). Our best efforts will be to keep husband & wife or members of a family in same room or adjacent rooms, yet male & female can be adjusted in separate groups, as and when required.

w  Catering :

1.   Light digestive & simple meal with milk will be served to participants to enable them to seek full benefit of the Yog Camp & foster good eating habits for healthy life. No heavy, deep fried & unhealthy food items are to be served to participants.

2.   Fruits & Juices, in addition to other Food Items & Milk will also be available to participants in accordance with their diseases.

3.   Every participant must accept meal available to them on community basis during Yog Camps.

w Clinical Investigations : Necessary clinical investigations pertaining to Pathology, Cardiology & Radiology will be conducted on participants suffering from different diseases in order to evaluate effects of Yog & Pranayam on them free of cost.

w Satkarm : A participant will have to pay Rs. 2000/- extra, for Shankh Prakshalan/Satkarm, if he/she is advised the same by the physician.

w Panchkarm : A participant may also take up Panchkarm's benefit by paying off specific charges for a specific Panchkarm therapy available in Panchkarm clinic & Research Centre of Patanjali Yogpeeth, if required & suggested by the physician.

w Medicine & Literature : Medicines prescribed by Yogpeeth's physicians in accordance with diseases as well as literature will be distributed free of cost to all participants.

How to Apply

1.   While mentioning name, address, e-mail, phone no. disease etc., apply on a full scape plain paper with two recent stamp size photographs, recent medical reports & a self addressed office size envelope on our address, as soon as you get information regarding Special Residential Yog Science Camps.

2.   Also attach a D.D. favouring Patanjali Yogpeeth (Trust), & payable at Hardwar of the value of the donation of category which you desire to participate, with your application. Please write your name, address, phone no. & e-mail ID on the back of the D.D.

3.   Please mention the date of Special Residential Yog Science Camp, which you intend to join clearly, on the top of your application.

4.   One will be registered temporarily as per camp's capacity on receiving the D.D. & other above mentioned documents & prescribed form for permanents registration sent to a temporary registrant, which he/she must send us back by completing the same in all respects. A person coming in the Camp without registration will not be entertained. No arrangement will be available for a person accompanying a registrant of the Camp. e.g. Driver / Attendant. Pre registration is essential for a person, who desires to reside with a registrant during camp. In other words, such registrants who reside only to accompany patients / registrants shall also have to abide by Camps norms.

Registration Time

1.   While reaching Patanjali Yogpeeth, Haridwar in personal between 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., in any working day one may seek registration in the Yog Camp.

2.   One may also seek registration by sending application, D.D. & other required documents by post on our below mentioned address.

3.   A registratrant/ participant must reach Patanjali Yogpeeth, Haridwar on its own & further arrangement to carry him/ her upto Camp's Venue will be made by Patanjali Yogpeeth.

 

Last Date of Registration

1.   Apply immediately with pre-requisite items as soon as you seek this information. We will be unable to register you after specified no. of registrants in a Yog Camp.

Norms for Participation In Special Residential Yog-Science Camps

1.   Male and Female may, equally, participate in the Residential Yog-Science Camps.

2.   A participant/trainee registered in Camp held from 10 June, 2008 must seek key of one's room latest by the evening of 9 June, 2008, and hand the key over to the Camp Coordinator latest by the evening of 16 June, 2008. Similarly a registrant of Camp from 19 to 25 is independent to receive room's key latest by the evening of 18 June, 2008, and submit the same latest by the evening of 25 June, 2008. Lodging and boarding facilities for participants/trainees will remain from the morning of 9 June, 2008 to the evening of 16 June, 2008 for the first Camp & the morning of 18 June, 2008 to the evening of 25 June, 2008 for the second Camp. These facilities don't exceed beyond this duration.

Persons non-Entitled for Registration

1.   Children below five years of age.

2.   Very aged & those who are unable to perform their daily activities without attendants.

3.   Those, who can't walk one kilometer distance or climb double story.

4.   Those, who are infected with viral diseases or T.B. etc.

5.   Persons having no faith in our principles.

6.   Ill tempered, rash & mischievous persons.

7.   Persons addict to smoking & drinking, though, are not eligible to participate, albeit, those who have strong will power may take part, while shedding their bad habits from the very first day of Yog camp to be held in holy presence of H.H. Swamiji Maharaj. We assure them that they will automatically attain divine energy by Pranayam & Meditation that helps them to adopt a healthy life style, away from bad habits.

Necessary Articles And Things For Participants/Trainee To Carry With

All participants/trainees should carry following articles and things for attending the Yog Camp :-

a.   Two pieces of clothe-sheet (one for use as a bed sheet and another as a sheath)

b.   Kurta Payajama for male and Salwar Suit for female to wear in training sessions.

c.   Light mat for sitting, Diary, Pen, Water Bottle, and other essential items of daily use.

d.   Lock with two or three keys

Note : Participants/Trainees are advised not to carry costly items like Jewelry and Children with them.

N.B. : All participants/Trainees being in the state of "Silence" all the time except both Yog Training Sessions of morning and evening must have to lead a life in the  spirit of a true "Sadhak".

The people who desire to take part in aforesaid camps and reside in overseas countries are instructed to send D.D. in favour of "Divya Yog Mandir (Trust)" payable at Haridwar. They can also deposit required donaton to participate in the said camps in Divya Yog Mandir (Trust)
