My name is Harita.
I have a low Haemoglobin's content of 5.1, in normal the haemoglobin content being 11.6 minimum.
I am 26 years old (MSc graduate in Computers) now and I have low hemoglobin since I was 12 years old. Though I manage to do all my household work without any problem and I also do walk a lot, I cannot do things very fast or walk very fast.
I am a married women and am worried that my health might seriously get affected when I plan to have a baby.
Please suggest what all things I should do in terms of food habits and exercises to increase my haemeglobin content. I am a regular yoga follower since last year and also started doing Pranayama two weeks back.
