In response to your mail you have pancreatitis. in yoga you should follow all 8 pranayama suggested by H.H. SWAMI JI. which is bhasrika, kapalbhanti, bahaya, anulom-vilom, etc.
but very gradually. you can apply some posture related to concern problem,these are- mandukasna part 1 & 2, gaumukasna, vakarasna, ardhmatsendrasna, pawanmuktasna, makrasna, bhujangasna. etc.you should apply shatkarma chiktsa ( shankhprakhshlan and kunjar). for more information about shatkarma just go our home page and search shatkarma chkitsa.
