i received your mail, we have good remedy in yoga for sleep apnea. i would like to prescribe u all 8 pranayama suggested by H.H. swami ji , these are :- bhastrika, kapalbhanti, bahaya, anulom-vilom, ujjai, bharamri, udhgeeth, pranav jap.etc. and singhasana also. u should do jal neti , sutra neti and kunjar kriya. which is the part of shatkarma chikitsa and very effective in snoring problem . if u want more information so plz. go our home page and search shatkarma chikitsa .
