Patanjali -II Facilities

Free Residential Facilities are provided to the poor people in the hospice (Mahrishi Balmiki Dharamshala) of Patanjali Yogpeeth.
Mahrishi Balmiki Dharamshala (Hospice) :
Haridwar is the religious capital of the country, where lac of pilgrims come from all across the globe daily. Some of them belong to poor section of the society who can’t even arrange fooding and lodging on their own. Keeping this fact in view, a four story huge hospice of 86,000 sq. ft. covered area has been built in Patanjali Yogpeeth-2 by Patanjali Yogpeeth (Trust), where lodging facilities for about 1000 persons are available. On ground floor 53, on first floor 90, on second floor 87 and on third floor 84 spacious rooms with modern facilities have been built. This hospice has been named after Mahrishi Balmiki, the author of the great epic ‘Ramayana.’
Free food arrangements are made in the Sant Ravidas Langar of Patanjali Yogpeeth
Adjacent to Mahrishi Balmiki Dharamshala, a two story Langar hall of 23,600 sq. ft. covered area, has been built in Patanjali Yogpeeth-2, by the Trust, in which nearly about 5000 persons can have free meal daily. The Langar will be in operation from early in the morning to till night, everyday. This Langar has been named after the great saint Ravidas.

  • An Air-Cooled Auditorium of 2 lac sq. feet covered area & an Air-Conditioned Auditorium of 60 thousand sq. feet covered area for Yoga practice/ Yoga camp.

  • Separate & secured parking for two wheelers and four wheelers.

Seva Sadan a residence for employees of Patanjali was inaugurated by honourable minister Shri Amit Shah in 2014. Six towers are there with sixty-seven dormitory, seventy-nine studio apartment, hundred and twenty one BHK apartment and twenty two BHK flat. Almost 24×7 electricity and water supply is here. These rooms are for employees only.

A well maintained and hygienic food court Prasadam is here in Patanjali Yogpeeth Phase Two campus. A single storied food court. Snack, juice, sweets, tea, coffee, lunch and dinner area are there in Prasadam. Many north and south Indian dishes are added in the menu. Specialty of Prasadam is testy, satwik food without any use of onion and garlic, prepared in desi ghee. Nominal rates are charged from visitors. It is operational in between 8:00 AM to 9:30 PM.

Parking facility is also available in the premises of Patanjali Yogpeeth phase 2, at owner’s risk. A nominal amount is charged from the visitors for this facility. Visitors are required to give entire details of the vehicle and its owner, at the time of entrance as well as while leaving the premises.
